I decided to begin writing because I wanted to create a forum in which I could share a wealth of information on nutrition and health. Based on the volume of questions I am asked about nutrition, I sense the tremendous curiosity about what constitutes a healthy diet (and please note that when I say diet, I am referring not to a temporary and restrictive way of eating, but simply to the foods you put into your body).

My primary goal in writing this blog is to help clarify how to be healthy and to educate and motivate anyone who is interested to make better choices and ultimately lead healthier and happier lives. Regardless of your dietary preferences and where on the spectrum of health you currently fall, I hope that this site will inspire you to make lasting changes to your diet and lifestyle that will provide you with a greater quality of life.
