Homemade Cashew Milk

A delicious, creamy cashew milk that takes 1 minute to make . So much tastier than store-bought nut milks, and without all the gums and fillers and other superfluous ingredients.

Creamy Cashew Milk
Makes 7.5 cups

Ingredients:
3/4 cup raw cashews
7 cups water
1 pitted date (I prefer Medjool dates)
pinch of salt

Method:
1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend for 1 minute until creamy.
2. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
